Tartu is the second biggest city in Estonia with 100 000 inhabitants. Tartu is situated in the South of Estonia, around 185 km from the capital city Tallinn.<\/p>\n

Tartu is often considered the intellectual center of Estonia as it is home to the nation\u2019s oldest and most renowned university, University of Tartu. In the city there are also the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Ministry of Education and Research.<\/p>\n
