Asukoht:

PROGRAMME

Collaborative research and writing is a trend nowadays but also forms a powerful tool to jointly develop research in complex fields. The aim of this workshop is to incentivize PhD students to meet colleagues from various disciplines in order to find common grounds and develop their skills on how to think, research and write collaboratively.

The workshop is divided into two parts. In the first part, we will use the “world cafe” methodology to create a structured conversational process for collaborative research between PhD students from various disciplines. In the second part, students will have to cooperate in teams, learn from each other and produce a collaborative paper in the form of an abstract. Senior researchers from TalTech will also participate in order to give feedback during the second part.

The overall goal will be to create interdisciplinary learning and synergies among the PhD students.

The workshop is carried out by Alekos Pantazis, who is a Junior Research Fellow at Tallinn University of Technology and a core member of the P2P Lab - an interdisciplinary research collective focused on the commons. https://wiki.p2pfoundation.net/Alekos_Pantazis
