About us

The initiators of this Digital Youth learning environment are Anne Kivimäe and Maria Žuravljova.

Anne Kivimäe

Anne is teaching youth work in Tartu University Narva College. She has worked 14 years in Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, including 11 years as a Director General for Youth Affairs. She has been involved in EU youth field cooperation and in the cooperation on youth in Council of Europe. Before she has worked as a local level youth worker. Anne is currently also manager for data project in Estonian Youth Work Centre.

Maria Zhuravljova 

Maria is the longest experienced Youth Work programme manager in higher education in Estonia. She has been more than 16 years in Youth Work and has more than 10 years of teaching experiences. Maria has developed more than 10 e-courses and six e-learning objects and has received four e-course quality labels. She has adult trainer qualification and is the member of the Youth worker professional committee in Estonia.
