Sarja \u00fcheteistk\u00fcmnes kultuuri\u00f5htu <\/strong>keskendub USA t\u00e4nup\u00fcha traditsioonidele. V\u00f5\u00f5rustajateks on T\u00dc t\u00f6\u00f6tajad ja \u00fcli\u00f5pilased USAst koos Tartu Ameerika Nurga, T\u00dc personaliosakonna ja Tartu loodusmaja inimestega \u2013 tutvustatakse t\u00e4nup\u00fcha tavasid ning kombeid. \u00d5htus\u00f6\u00f6gil saab proovida erinevaid t\u00e4nup\u00fchade toite. \u00d5htu \u00fcheks osaks on USA vaieldamatusse filmiklassikasse kuuluva filmi \u201cMalta pistrik\u201d vaatamine ja arutelu professor Raili Marlinguga. On v\u00f5imalus osaleda kolmes \u00f5pitoas: T\u00e4nup\u00fcha toitude \u00f5pituba, seltskonnam\u00e4ngude \u00f5pituba v\u00f5i vestlusring Ameerika inglise keeles, mida juhendab Janice Viinalass. Lapsi ootab m\u00e4ngunurk ja meisterdamise \u00f5pituba.<\/p>\n

The eleventh event in the series will introduce the Thanksgiving traditions of USA. The event will take place in the Tartu Nature House at Lille 10, Tartu, on 22 November and is hosted by the UT staff and students from USA together with Tartu American Corner, UT Human Resources Office and Tartu Nature House. You will have the chance to learn about the customs and traditions of Thanksgiving in the USA and to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. You can watch one of the most popular and best classic detective mysteries ever made \u201cThe Maltese Falcon\u201d followed by a discussion led by professor Raili Marling. You can take part in three activities: you can make Thanksgiving food, take part in an game workshop or take part in an American English conversation class led by Janice Viinalass. There is a special kids\u2019 corner for younger participants and a separate crafting workshop is also organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oodatud on huvilised igas vanuses! \u00d5htu on inglise keeles eestikeelsete selgitustega. \u00dcrituse osalustasu on 5 eurot, alla 10 a lapsed osalevad tasuta. Registreerumiseks palun vajutage <\/strong>siia (registreerumine on l\u00f5ppenud)<\/strong>. Kuna kohtade arv on piiratud, palume tasuda osav\u00f5tumaks ning ennast kirja panna esimesel v\u00f5imalusel. Registreerumise t\u00e4htaeg on 20. november<\/strong>. Everybody is welcome, regardless of age! The event will be held in English and explanations will be provided in Estonian. The event is free for kids under the age 10 and costs 5 euros for others.
