The protocols used in the course are adapted from the in-house protocols used in the lab of Alexander Harms (University of Basel, Biozentrum). After the successful first run in Tartu, hosted by the Tenson lab, the course is to be rolled out in Lund (hosted by the labs of Vasili Hauryliuk and Gemma Atkinson) and Belgium (hosted by the labs of Abel Garcia-Pino and Gipsi Lima-Mendez).<\/span><\/p>\nThe wet lab part of the course is to be followed by the bioinformatics course for phage genome annotation.
