We explore how the exchange of greenhouse gases between land and the atmosphere is influenced by climate change and disturbances such as floods and heat waves. Additionally, we study how land management practices can be adapted to mitigate and respond to the challenges of a changing climate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-regular-font-size\">We employ chamber-based observations, modelling, and micrometeorological measurements to understand the interactions between soil, vegetation, and the atmosphere across different geographical regions and time scales.
