Rakuts\u00fckkel, mitoos ja meioos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 dir=\"ltr\" id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1697397720269_47\">\n\tRakuts\u00fckkel<br>\n<\/h4>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Rakuts\u00fckkel<\/strong>\u00a0ehk\u00a0<strong>raku jagunemists\u00fckkel<\/strong>\u00a0on raku eluk\u00e4ik pooldumisest pooldumiseni.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRakuts\u00fckkel koosneb reast s\u00fcndmustest, mis viivad raku jagunemise ja kahekordistumiseni.\u00a0Rakutuuma omavate ehk\u00a0eukar\u00fcootsete\u00a0rakkude rakuts\u00fckkel jaotatakse kolmeks osaks.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRakuts\u00fckkel koosneb neljast eristatavast faasist:\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t1. G<sub>1<\/sub>-faas, S-faas (s\u00fcntees), G<sub>2<\/sub>-faas (need kolm kokku moodustavad\u00a0<strong>interfaasi<\/strong>) ja<br>2. M-faas (mitoos). Teatud kasvufaktorite m\u00f5jul v\u00f5ib aga osa G<sub>0<\/sub>-faasis olevatest rakkudest liikuda tagasi rakuts\u00fcklisse, sisenedes S-faasi.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Interfaas \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Interfaas on ka tuntud kui ettevalmistav faas, tuuma jagunemist seal ei toimu.<br>K\u00f5ik ettevalmistused jagunemiseks tehakse interfaasi kolme alafaasi (G<sub>1<\/sub>, S, ja G<sub>2<\/sub>) jooksul. Kuna raku jagunemine toimub ts\u00fckliliselt, eelneb interfaasile eelmise rakuts\u00fckli mitoos ja ts\u00fctokinees.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>G<sub>1<\/sub>-faas \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Esimest interfaasi alafaasi M-faasi l\u00f5pust kuni S-faasi alguseni kutsutakse G<sub>1<\/sub>-faasiks (G viitab ingliskeelsele s\u00f5nale\u00a0<em>gap<\/em>, mis t\u00e4hendab t\u00fchimikku, l\u00fcnka). G<sub>1<\/sub>\u00a0kutsutakse ka kasvufaasiks, kuna selle faasi jooksul raku bios\u00fcnteetiline aktiivsus kasvab j\u00e4rsult, G<sub>1<\/sub>-faasis toimub erinevate\u00a0ens\u00fc\u00fcmide\u00a0s\u00fcntees, mida l\u00e4heb vaja S-faasis.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>S-faas \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Algab\u00a0DNA s\u00fcnteesimine. Selle faasi l\u00f5puks on k\u00f5ik kromosoomid kahekordistatud, mis t\u00e4hendab, et igal kromosoomil on kaks t\u00fctarkromosoomi ehk kromatiidi.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>G<sub>2<\/sub>-faas \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>G<sub>2<\/sub>-faas kestab S-faasi l\u00f5pust kuni raku mitoosi sisenemiseni. Taas on n\u00e4ha bios\u00fcnteesi aktiivsuse kasvu, seekord aga toimub mikrotuubulite tootmine, mis on vajalikud mitoosiprotsessi jaoks.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>M-faas\u00a0 (mitoos)\u00a0 \u2013\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Iga rakujagunemise jooksul toimub DNA replikatsioon ja mitoos. Iga ts\u00fckli tulemuseks on kaks diploidset t\u00fctarrakku. K\u00fcllaltki l\u00fchike, keeruline ja\u00a0 reguleeritud mitoosifaas kujutab endast rakutuuma jagunemist. S\u00fcndmuste jada on jaotatud erinevateks faasideks, kus \u00fcks faas ei alga enne, kui eelmine on l\u00f5puni viidud. Enamik loomi ja taimi on diploidsed ehk neis olevates keharakkudes on igast kromosoomist 2 koopiat. Kuna rakkude \u00fchinemisel kromosoomide arv kahekordistub, siis on vajalik rakkude jagunemine, mis v\u00e4hendaks kromosoomide arvu poole v\u00f5rra, selleks on meioos. Meioosi k\u00e4igus toimub raku jagunemine haploidseteks ehk \u00fche kromosoomi koopiaga rakkudeks.<\/p>\n<p>Meioosile eelneb rakuts\u00fcklis interfaas, mis koosneb G1-, S- ja G2- faasist:<br>1. G1-faasis rakk kasvab.<br>2. S-faasis toimub DNA replikatsioon, mille ajal kromosoomide arv kahekordistub. Identseid kromosoomikoopiaid, mida<br>\u00a0 \u00a0 kutsutakse kromatiidideks, hoitakse koos kuni anafaas II toimumiseni.<br>3. G2-faasis viiakse l\u00e4bi viimased ettevalmistused meioosi toimumiseks.<\/p>\n<p>Meioosis toimub kaks j\u00e4rjestikust jagunemist, mis koosnevad neljast faasist nagu mitoosiski.
