Kuigi esimesel lehel nimetatud taimed on k\u00f5ik aedviljad, kuuluvad osad neist oma toitainelise koostise t\u00f5ttu aga hoopis teistesse toidup\u00fcramiidi gruppidesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4iteks k\u00f6\u00f6givili kartul kuulub toidup\u00fcramiidis hoopis teraviljatoodete toidugrupi juurde, sest sisaldab palju t\u00e4rklist. \u00d5liviljad avokaado ja oliivid kuuluvad \u00fchisesse toidugruppi koos p\u00e4hklite, seemnete ning lisatavate toidurasvadega. Puuviljadest ja marjadest valmistatud moosid, nektarid ja mahlajoogid kuuluvad see-eest aga hoopis maiustuste gruppi, mille tarbimisel tuleb silmas pidada m\u00f5ningaid erisusi.
